Arboricultural Reports
Whether it is for a new subdivision, gas line installation or the removal of a protected tree, the Council often requires an Arborist Report as a condition of Consent.
Tree Reports cover the general health and stature of the tree, reasons for the proposed modification and any mitigation which would be undertaken to minimize environmental effects.
At TreeZone we have been working with Auckland Council for nearly ten years so are aware of their expectations. Changes to the tree removal and pruning laws have changed significantly over the last few years so it is always best to check. TreeZone can help with this process and where necessarily converse and facilitate with the Council as to the works that are desired.
Sometimes the Council will require an Arborist to be onsite when any earthworks is being done, at TreeZone we have the knowledge and experience to fulfil that role, allowing you to meet your consent requirements.

TreeZone also offer an Inspection and Risk Assessment service, to determine any hazards which may be present in a tree which may not be readily apparent to the untrained eye. Any risks found can then be managed accordingly. This is a valuable tool to have, especially for situations where the public are potentially at risk such as business parks, schools and kindergartens.
